I'm Ajay Chikermane, a dedicated leadership coach in Mississauga with a background spanning technology, engineering, and executive development. My career began in technical consulting, where I saw firsthand the transition hurdles for technical experts stepping into leadership roles. Over the years, I have developed and delivered structured coaching programs, corporate seminars, and hands-on workshops designed specifically for engineers, startup founders, and IT leaders.
