1 month — 4 sessions
Everything starts with Self-Awareness. Not as a concept — as a practice.
In four focused sessions, we explore what's driving your decisions, what's quietly running on autopilot, and what becomes possible when you lead from clarity instead of habit. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
For: Leaders who want to understand themselves better before committing to a longer journey — or anyone who needs a focused, high-impact starting point.
1:1 Private Coaching
Every leader's journey is different. So is every session.
You bring the topic. We dig into the energy behind it — past the surface, into what's actually driving the situation. No fixed agenda. No predetermined outcome. Just focused, honest coaching built entirely around what you need, right now, in this moment.
This is for the leader who knows something needs to shift but isn't ready for a structured program. Or the leader who's mid-journey and needs a thinking partner who can hold them accountable and keep them moving. Either way, you set the agenda. I navigate.
Every session ends with three things: clarity on what's really going on, accountability to what you've already committed to, and one concrete action that moves you forward before we speak again.
