That's what brought me here.
I'm Ajay Chikermane — iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Leadership Presence specialist, and someone who has sat exactly where your clients sit. I don't coach from a textbook. I coach from everything I've seen, heard, and lived.
Outside of this work, I coach a U14 boys basketball team, navigate life with three teenagers, and operate by one simple rule:
